This video is of a speech given by a young man during a public forum on marriage last January, at the Iowa House of Representatives. In this speech he exemplifies how biblically qualified rulers should speak by acknowledging the lordship of Jesus Christ and the duty of rulers to submit to Christ's authority. If only American rulers would talk like this these days ...
