Nutt House Productions

About the artist:

My name is Mitch Nutt, an independent music composer dedicated to reclaiming the sphere of music for our Lord Jesus Christ. I am currently working on the score for the documentary IndoctriNation. I received a Bachelors of Piano Performance at Mercer University, and began composing during my second year.

As of this year, I am creating a small music production studio with hopes that it will benefit Christian businesses, individuals and organizations worldwide. If you or someone you know is interested in music for a project, please contact me at mitchnutt216AThotmail.com. (My website should be up and running mid to late August.) I look forward to doing business with you!

About the studio:

With the latest MIDI sequencers, synthesizers and samplers available, rest assured that your music will be professionally-tailored for the project. Once your piece has been digitally mixed, live instruments and vocals are available for recording, including acoustic/classical guitars, violin, viola, and cello. This may add a valuable element of "realism" to your music. Because producers work under very tight schedules, I strive to produce top-quality music as punctually as possible. Oftentimes, an original piece can be written, recorded and mastered within a day.

Services available:

Feature-length Films:

If you have a feature-length film that needs a soundtrack, I would be eager to help fill that gap. Rates vary according to the film's music budget (usually 2-3% of the total budget), and can be worked out on a case by-case basis.

Other types of multimedia:

For commercials, radio spots, video games, presentations, and other forms of multimedia, please consult the rates below:

15 seconds of music --- $150
30 sec. --- $300
45 sec. --- $450
60 sec. --- $500

* Music longer than 60 sec. will require $100 per 15 sec. addition.
* The inclusion of requested lyrics and and/or live players may require an additional fee.
* Client is given a perpetual, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free and non-exclusive
right and license to use the work. If he/she wishes to use the work in another video, express
written permission must be given.
* While I retain intellectual and functional property rights, I will not sell nor give your work to
other clients. It will remain unique to you and your project.

Payments:

For all non-feature commissions, payment will occur as follows: (1.) E-mail your request and receive a price quote. (3.) If the quote is acceptable, I will send a Paypal request for 50% of the total fee along with an agreement form. If you have a completed video prepared for music (recommended), please send me an MPEG or AVI copy via e-mail after initial payment. (4.) I will send an unfinished version of the piece to your inbox. If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may either request a re-write or a full refund. Approval of the unfinished mix will initiate the polishing/mastering phase, rendering it non-refundable. (5.) Upon completion of the project, another 50% Paypal request will be sent to your inbox. Final scores will be delivered directly to clients, via the Internet, on several popular file formats including WAV, AIFF and MP3.
